international opportunities.

Sous chef - Reuben’s Restaurant, Franschhoek

Jan 2007 – December 2008

Working closely with Chef Reuben Riffel and the senior Sous chef and in charge of all
ordering, menu compilations, staff training, hot and cold section, grill section and running the
pass with chef Reuben Riffel. Reason for leaving : To pursue international opportunities.
